Depends on tire and camber, may rub.

I'm on stock dampers with TRD springs and I rub in the front at full turning lock. I have some 3mm spacers waiting to go on but haven't had a chance yet. Running Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 245/40

245 40??

Yes, on most cars. Though, a 3mm to 5mm spacer would fix any rubbing. I would run 245/40.

A guy in this thread says he does not rub with a 255/40 and lowered on sportlines. But, with only 3mm to the spring perch, there is no room for any camber...

So I will be good with these with a 245 40 on stock? Until I get some new suspension.

Yes, and like I said before; a 3mm slip spacer added to the front will fix rubbing at full lock if it occurs.
