Help with suspension issue

Hey ya'll, I'm having a few issues with my suspension and am trying to diagnose the issue.

A while back I dropped my front driver side wheel off a curb at ~25mph bad enough to mess up my alignment and to cock the wheel 20-30 degrees to the right. I got new wheels and tires and an alignment and everything was fine for a while.

Fast forward 6-7 months and I started noticing that while backing out of my garage and turning left (full lock) I would sometimes hear a clunk. This clunk has been getting louder and now is to the point where I feel the car lurch a little when it happens. Also, the front driver side of the car has started making a quiet creak when going over speed bumps.

I am going to put her up on stands and try to take a look tonight but was curious if anyone could identify the issue from that information.

I know this may sound overly simplistic, but I think something is loose.

That would be great. I will check everything over when I get it on stands tonight. Thanks!

Check your upper ball joints. They made a clunk noise on my lexus when one of mine started to go out. If it is this issue, fix it right away.

Could possibly be a leaking strut causing the creak when you go over speedbumps.

Also be sure to check the strut braces the go to the firewall. They can clunk when the chassis shifts as well.

Use a wrench to check everything. Things can seem tight by hand but really be fairly loose still

Late update but an update none the less.

Crash bolts were loose. Ball joint was loose (that was the clunking). Tie rod was bent. Strut was bent.

Everything but the strut is fixed and I am picking up / installing a pair of oem front coils tonight. Should be back to 100%.

Clearly I should have had this looked at sooner.
