What was the fix? Did you get it repaired or did you buy a new steering rack? |

Front suspension or steering rack noise?

Don’t rule out the EPS coupler. It creates a rattle/clunking at low speeds. Road reflectors at 10mph for example. I have a DIY thread on fixing this issue for ~$10. This issue seems more common in Russia, Philippines, MENA, etc where crappy roads are more common. https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=133606 |

Well, you can still check it. It's just a b#tch to loosen and lower.

Had the same issue. Also on bad condition roads there was a similar noise to suspension issues.
New steering rack and alignment fixed it |

Did the new rack include the EPS unit? If so, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was only the coupler that was bad. |
