Valenti 4th light wiring problem
 

Hello everyone,

So recently I had bought the Valenti tails and the 4th light. My plan for the fourth light was to remove the backing and re-solder the connections so that the triangle only comes on during braking and the V is always on. Following the instructions on the internet I moved the connections but when it was all plugged in only the triangle turned on and it only flashes when I switch my lights on. I tried re-soldering everything back to stock and it still only showed the triangle.

Could this be a result of a bad soldering job? Any tips or help would be helpful, thank you all!

What wires are you tapped into on the brake harness?

The red wire that came with the $4th light is twisted and taped to the blue wire
