Slip light with CEL for mass air flow

So as the title says I've got a slip with the mass air code (forgot number at the moment). Replaced MAF, also new motor...fresh rebuild out of a frs. So new motor is in and runs fine just have lights stuck on. And I'm aware of the massive thread for the bigger issue and pretty sure it's not that.

So BRZ took a swim in a massive puddle (long dumb story here), rebuild of a junked FA and it's in. New plugs (get them from Toyota they are cheaper for the same exact thing) runs just like a brand new 86. But lights are still there. Any possible connection between the 02s and the mass air light? Any insight would be awesome!

Read out any cel codes see what they are

If you want to reset all control modules remove battery terminal for 5 minutes

Abs slip traction light can be triggered due many things but wheel speed sensor issues or if somone messed with steering wheel and centre position needs resetting different rolling diameter tyres sre common ones

LOL, I knew @steve99 would wake up any minute.

Have p0102 mass air circuit low, p0117 coolant temp sensor 1 circuit low (this one is new to this situation), p0113 IAT circuit high. Any possible connection between fuel injection ecu and these?

May sound/look stupid but i promise im not car retarded lol

The maf sensor has an intergrated iat sensor so it looks like maf\iat is suspect or the wiring to it is suspect, do you have a maf extension harness some guys had trouble with the conbections on those.

Coolant temp sensor is different sensor again check wiring and you can likely do resistance check on sensor.

Yes make sure the direct injection computer is well grounded using all mounting bolts it can cause some weird issues but usually with fueling not iat or maf.

Fueling issues or bad not connected maf can cause reich\lean conditions which will trip possibly those type of codes or the ecu may think their is an o2 sensor issue

If the car has been under water then your likely to get all sorts of weird electrical issues due corrosin clean connectors with electricala cleaner\lubricant

Check fuses as well they may be corroded and although not blown may be high resistance their may be a common power source

Here is link to wiring diagram if that helps

So broke down and called the dealer ship, between the Chrysler guys I work with and the subie dealer the fuel injection Ecu seems to be step two, but luckily I have a spare engine harness just incase (while extra engine minus crank halfs and internals since the internals became externals)

Thanks for the diangram I'll dig into it at work tomorrow while I get paid to do it lol

So belt snapped and took the harness for the MAF with it, replaced harness and all issues gone. Glad I went through two belts to find out the harness was bad
