after resetting ecu

how long does it take for ecu to relearn everything again ?

I think it is 100 miles. I put a new battery in the FRS today and I followed these steps after connecting the battery before I actually started the car.

Turn the ignition to on, but don't start the motor
press the gas pedal all the way to the floor slowly and steadily - take about 3 seconds to get to the floor
slowly and steadily release the gas pedal back up - again, about 3 seconds
repeat the press and release for a total of 5 complete down-up cycles
turn the ignition off

When I started the car after that everything was fine no rough idle or anything. You can try disconnecting again and following those steps.

Their is no time or distance. Ecu continuously learns fueling and timing corrections.

After a reflash/reset it needs to calibrate some initial settings with cams throttle etc.
