Will staying in a turned off BRZ Limited drain the battery?

Sometimes for my 30min lunch break I'll nap in my car. Would this be draining the battery a little bit if I'm inside the car and it's off? I heard if your fob is 30ft~ from the car they'll sense each other, draining the battery faster.

I don't see why it would, don't all the interior lights turn off after a few minutes?

Lol keep doing this and report back if/when it dies.

Unfortunately I don't have an 86/BRZ. Doing some research first

Strange post haha. The battery will be fine.

Do not lay in the car for two or three weeks straight and you will be OK!
Oh, and your car is always using power to broadcast a signal looking for the fob no matter how close you are.

I enjoy the existence of this post. Highly pleasing.

I imagine he is considering stalking an ex girlfriend in it on a week long stake out. Or maybe bird watching. All appropriate for a car with as much interior space as an Isetta.

You'll be just fine. I did the same thing for about a year, albeit sometimes with car running and A/C on (no I did not nap while the car was running).

Just needs to check out the thread on survival kit just so the OP is comfortable when living in the car.
