Clutch replaced, Dragging sound over 50mph
Im new to this forum but Ive owned a Frs for over 2 years now. I replaced the clutch over the weekend, currently at 55k. Throw out bearing was complete shit. The problem im having right now is some type of dragging sound only when i go above 50mph (sounds like im dragging something under the car). Nothing else seems wrong. No grinding sound in idle/ or when shifting. Shifts perfectly fine & accelerates fine as well. Seems like the clutch is engaging/disengaging correctly. Currently in the break in process for the clutch. Any ideas on what the sound might be? Will post a video of sound soon.

Maybe, just maybe, when you get up to speed, a piece of one of the underside or wheel well plastic shields is fluttering and dragging on the ground or rubbing against a tire. Welp, that's my guess ......:iono: humfrz |
I removed the fiberglass underside and kept the aluminum guard but nothing else is loose. That's the same thing i thought of. Even pulled over to see if I was dragging something when I heard the sound but nothing..
