Help! Anyone 23 upshift hard with MT Transmission£¿

I have a MY2017 BRZ and now I have driven it about 8000KM.
I found a problem since 1000km that sometimes it difficult to upshift from 2nd to 3rd gear when the engine coolant and engine oil temp don't reach the normal temperature, especially after cold start. The feeling is like something stuck in the 3rd gear and I feel there is a gear crash at the moment the trans lever was pushed into 3rd gear.
Does anyone also have the same issue? Can it be better if I replace the OEM trans oil with a better one? I think it must be the synchron problem because this issue won't happen if I use double clutch. And after the coolant and engine oil reach normal working temperature, the issue also won't happen and the upshift process will be smooth.

take it easy on the car first few minutes to warm up. usually its 1 to 2 shift people have trouble with when cold. new car, if that worried take back to dealer to discuss.

Mine does this too. I've found shifting through all the gears after a cold start a few times helps a lot.

It just takes a few thousands of miles for the transmission to get broken in.

I suggest you just bear with it for a while, especially when it's cold.

You could change the transmission oil ....... but, personally, I think that just might be a waste of time and money.

Upshift quickly but not aggressively. Just do not pause in neutral.

Double clutch downshifts for more comfort but not necessary.

I started noticing a real improvement in the syncros after about 13000 Km. This transmission takes a long time to break in.

Yep 12 upshift has the same condition but I searched in the Chinese forum that most people complain 12 shift roughly when vehicle is cold but seldom complain about 23

U mean after a cold start, shifting all gears before moving the car will improve the shift feeling when warming up?

2014, yeah normal.

Yeah. I do it 2 or 3 times just shifting with the clutch in the whole time. It seems weird but it works for my car anyway.
