Strange metallic vibration noise started
 

I'll post a video later tonight of it, it usually makes the noise in 3-4th gear @ ~4k rpms from the front passenger side. I poked around in the engine compartment and found a broken zip tie near the car battery, not sure what it holds but I didn't see anything loose. I'll put a picture of that at the bottom. This weekend I plan on lifting it up to check the heat shields/exhaust bolts. Does anyone else have some more suggestions on things to check or know what the broken zip tie holds?
