After installing backup camera, radio turns off randomly sometimes
 

Hi I got a backup camera installed yesterday, since then it has turned off twice :( what should I check?

The first thing I would look for is a bad/loose/not tightened ground wire.

Did you install it yourself or have a shop install it? If a shop did it, take it back and have them fix it. If you (or a friend) installed it I would pull the radio out and check for any loose connections in the back.

A little more detail would help. The radio turns off, the camera turns off? Does this happen right after the back up camera comes on/goes off? Randomly, what?

Goes off randomly when driving. And then reboots . I'm gonna take it back the shop when I have them do my viper alarm in a few weeks

Did you find out what is causing it yet?

Yes it had something to do with the way they plugged it in, they said it was lose, they reworked it and now it's perfect ! :)
