How to run amp power wire

I'm moving my system from my truck to my frs. Just wondering what the best way would be to rub the power wire from the battery to trunk would be. I didn't see any way place to poke it through the firewall?

To the left of the battery is a large rubber grommet on the firewall. The power wire will slide in easy right besides that wire loom.

I saw that, but where does it come in? It was dark when I looked so I couldn't see hardly. Is it just behind the firewall mat?

If you look under the glovebox, you'll see where it comes in.

I took out the sound tube generator thingy. Added a grommet in the hole for the sound generator, and stuck my 2awg power wire through it. I ran it on the same side as the battery to get the shortest run. (better for DC power)

are you guys just running it under the carpet? what all did you pull up and where did you run your power wire down the car?

My power wire was small, so I took up the door sill and ran it under that, then fished it under the carpet and back seat into the trunk.

OEM Audio plus has some good videos going over their installation. Even if you aren't installing one of their systems it's a good resource for wire routing.

I am trying to the wire for an Amp, rather than going through the firewall just wondering whether I can use the black little holes as highlighted in the picture below.

I might have to remove the carpet and some trimmings on the weekend to see where it leads to inside. I was hoping that someone may already have an answer.

That is also an option, not the cleanest but a standard option.
