where's the acc cable in the trunk?
 

i'v installed a wireless reverse camera and want to get power in the trunk instead of go through the car body

now i get energy on the licence plate light(in red circle), all the module and cable won't go out of the trunk cover, but the camera will only work when the light is on, it's inconvenience that i need to turn on the light on daytime when i need to use the camera

i've tried in other cable(green circle), they were not acc and always on, i think that's not safe

closest wire would be on the amp by ur spare tire honestly

I cant think of anything else in the trunk that would be on at all times, only during ignition.

The stuff you circled in green: its for the key fob sensor so you can open the trunk with just the button, so yea that would always be on.

Not sure how the wireless camera works, but can you wire it to the reverse lights?

Well for the reverse camera, I used the reverse light, which is only powered when you shift into reverse. You only want to power the camera when backing up right? If so you have to run the power line down into the truck down by the spare as PandaSPUR said. Search for an exact location and if you cant find it, I can take a pic.
