Steering Stops

Does anyone know of adjustable steering stops to limit how far the front wheels turn? How do they look?

Update: See my 2nd post below.

I found this http://www.racingbytmg.com/wp-conten...anual_EN-1.pdf

"From the 2014 model on, steering stops have been installed in the GT86 CS-V3. These are also suitable for models from previous years.

The steering stops are mounted directly on the steering rod, under the dust cover. First of all the dust covers must be removed, and the steering rod dismantled.

The steering angle of the wheel is limited to about 25°."

1) Anyone know vendors who sell these?

2) If I remove the dust cover, can that be reused or will I have to get a new one?

3) What is the factory max steering angle spec?

Offtopic question - why would one want to reduce maximum steering angle? I'd rather love to see it being wider stock, but not willing to buy/install wide steering angle kit mods to front suspension.

Track setup , having a brake duct and don't want to destroy it .

I have done exactly this with assistance from Velox. All the details are on my blog post (site is a bit slow to load.) Very easy mod.

One protest coming riiiight up.
(I kid... I would probably argue that it's a convenience mod anyway.)

Lolol! At least I don't take my jack and foam bits out of my trunk! :D

It's actually a very simple and effective approach, and convenience aside this might be a safety thing too. I think I have an issue on one side though I have no idea which wheel/tire combo causes it.

I don't take the foam out either, and the jack is legal (it's not secured so it might even be required).

About to go remove a few pounds of grime and dust (heck, it may be a few pounds of brake dust) and get things put away for the winter and prepped for a suspension overhaul.
