P0171, P219a after OFH2 install
 

I got those 2 codes p0172, p219a like 50 miles after installed openflash header v2, any ideas?

I'm on stg2 uel e85 btw.

Did you use new gaskets?

Generally if you're getting this just from a header install it's either the header gaskets or the O2 sensor not being seated correctly.

most likely you have exhaust leak

as previous guys said always use new gaskets

check the slip joint in header run some soapy water over it then start car when exhaust is cool.

check the 02 sensors in all the way and not leaking. run a thread tap through bungs in header if necessary

sensors installed in correct positions and plugged into correct coloured plugs.

you have high positive long term fuel trims , this is problem generally caused by exhaust leaks
