Changed clutch and wheel studs and all hell has broken loose
A couple weeks back I changed my clutch and flywheel as well as my wheel studs and now I am getting codes for the transmission speed sensors, right front speed sensor, left rear, low voltage, and the car is in limp mode with the cel traction control and abs lights all on. I double checked all the sensors and everything is plugged in... what the hell is going on??

Did you check the relevant fuses?

holy hell in a hand basket.....check the ABS rings and unplug and clean connectors and plug it all back in to see if that works. And check what theadmiral976 said, something has to of been missed or changed to have all of it go haywire. I bet it's something simple and small too.

Exactly what codes did you get? Did you remove or mess with the wheel speed sensors? There are no speed sensors in the manual transmission.
Did you mess with the crankshaft position sensor plate when you swapped flywheels? I don't see how it's possible but I hear people have screwed up the installation. |
Specific codes will definitely help. Did you remove the hubs to change the studs? The front hubs have a protective backplate that shields the backside of the sensor. The rear axle has a plate that does the same. If you pulled the hub without removing the sensor from the upright first it's very likely you damaged or snapped the sensor. Not sure about the other problems until we get the codes.
