Help! FR-S Exhuast

I found a TRD Dual Tip exhaust and a Catless T1R front pipe for a good price.

Was wondering if this is a good set up or if it's going to give me codes for not having a Cat? And if it drones?

Would I need to get a tune if I run the T1R Catless front pipe and TRD catback?

Also any performance gains?

Everything else is stock expect for a K&N drop in air filter

TRD exhaust w/ TRD intake gains range 6-10hp. Toyota somewhere claimed 10-15hp. I felt no difference. Butt dyno.

You need a tune for best xp. If not, should be fine. Catless and codes? IDK.

removing any cats would most likely throw code CEL, will need tune

Catless front pipe will not give you any codes.

Catless front pipe without properly sized resonators WILL give you drone.

And how would it do that when the secondary cat in the FP is well downstream of the second O2 sensor?

I'd suggest not giving advice if you don't know what you're talking about.

Dual tip TRD will not fit the stock bumper cut outs. You will either have to find a TRD bumper (good luck with that) or cut the stock openings. There are inserts you can buy if you go the surgical route.

Or he can go to a muffler shop and redo the tailpipes

DUAL tip not QUAD TIP... I am referring to the tips that are half circle (like a triangle) the tips will fit the current exhaust cut out

Quad tips= 2 tips on each side
Dual tips = 1 tip on each side
