How do I remove this bolt o.o?

Hey guys,

Okay so this bolt is attaching the wheel well and the front bumper. Since our wheel well is made of plastic/rubber....

Here is some pictures. I tried a Philips screw driver and a ratchet (10mm) but both don't work as it ruins the wheel well.

Do not worry about what I am doing please.

Also at 2:28 of this video. This guy is removing the bolt easily with a philips. However, when I do it with a lost of force. It turns the whole wheel well...

Also as I was taking the wheel well... few washer fell off. Anyone can tell me where it goes. It came from the front. If you need more description. Let me know.

It seems alot of people have issues with that one, I haven't it sort of just unscrewed out of its hole. I think someone else here just drilled it out and found push pins online to replace the bolt with.

is the bolt necessary to remove when taking off the bumper? I don't remember removing it when taking off my bumper, but if I did, it didn't give me any problems at all. have you tried some pb blaster?

You might try using a pair of vice grips and pull down on it as you are unscrewing it.

Most likely it's rusted to the U Nut on the other end that's what you're experiencing, lube it up because you might tear the plastic, but you might have to and just DIY a fastener after your project is done but I don't have the bolt there anymore and it holds up fine for regular driving.
