KW Coilovers: How much does one turn equal in ride height?

I currently have RCE Tarmac 2's which have the same body design as the KW V3's. Anybody know how much 1 turn of the collar equals in actual ride height? I'm sitting at 25.25" but would like to drop my ride height 1/4" before my next alignment.

It's currently even all around, so I was hoping to avoid having to do a bunch of measurements to get it right again this time. Like just a few turns on each corner and done. :D

1 turn should be ~0.08" per my buddies experience.

This is true for the front but the rears have a ~0.77 motion ratio so 1 turn there is 0.06"

Rough guess: a little more than 3 turns in the front, a touch more than 4 turns in the rear.

Edit: Whether you go with 3 or 3.5 or 3.25 is up to you, if you're dead set on a 25" height try 3.25 turns front, 4.25 turns rear.

Most coilovers have the same thread on the shock body. What you have on your car should be virtually the same as what is on the V3.

In general, if you are changing ride height by lower bracket, you can measure it easily by turning the bracket to the height change desired, then locking it.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Mav is correct too, can measure the spring perch height to confirm before setting the car on the ground again.

I lowered my T2's 3 turns last night and it measures 25" on all corners now. That's with a full tank and all the trunk junk.
