Anyone here experienced in lien sales to private party? also my lien is with toyota financial services

i just want to make sure that i complete the correct forms.

1) bill of sale. Do i retain for my own record?
2) notice of transfer and release of liability
3) application for duplicate or paperless title form

4) does the buyer complete the odometer reading through the DMV?

for bullet point number 3. once i complete section 1 through 4 and buyer fills out section 6 and 7, Do I send paperless title form to toyota financial services w/ cashiers check?
