lien sale private party
Anyone here experienced in lien sales to private party? also my lien is with toyota financial services
i just want to make sure that i complete the correct forms. 1) bill of sale. Do i retain for my own record? 2) notice of transfer and release of liability 3) application for duplicate or paperless title form https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/wcm/co...df?MOD=AJPERES 4) does the buyer complete the odometer reading through the DMV? for bullet point number 3. once i complete section 1 through 4 and buyer fills out section 6 and 7, Do I send paperless title form to toyota financial services w/ cashiers check? thanks again for your help! |
