Valenti Taillights and Backup lights
 
Im planning to buy valenti tail lights and the back up lights.

Since I'm on a lease and I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to buy the car at the end of the lease, I want to know if you have to drill holes/cut wires to install these?

If you do, would that affect me at the end of my lease term? I'm going to reinstall the stock ones IF I return it, but would the holes/cut wires affect the lease?

My Valenti tail lights (Gen 1 I believe) were plug and play. I just installed the third tail light/back up light. That, you have to tap into the brake light wire.

The valenti lights are plug and play. There should be no problem if you ever wanted to return back to stock :thumbsup:

Yeah it's fine. The 2 wires you have to tap into for the third brake light is for the running "v" light and the solid brake light itself. The kit should come with T Tap connectors.
You could tap into the tail light's running + brake light since it connects to the OEM car wire, but I tapped into my car's OEM wire instead.

Other than that, you just run the ground wire to the ground in the frame.

Also, the rubber grommet for the weather seal, what I did was depin the stock connector, took it off and put the new one on/looped it in for an OEM look even though you can't see it.
