Oil Leak - Where to Warranty?

If you look from the engine bay, do you see oil on the under cover? If the timing cover is leaking bad, you should be able to see oil around the timing cover specially the bottom part. If not, something else is leaking. Possibly oil pan or the oil pan drain plug.

I have same leak, corner of valve cover and timing cover. From what I heard, engine must come out to fix that leak. How many miles do u have? Also is this on the driver side?

Yup driver side, right below that oil cap thing.
57k miles, but had it since like 30k.

Try going to a local Toyota dealer with a much larger service department. Try Piercey in Milpitas, they have the biggest service department I can think of near the South Bay.
