Pulley install help.. Video inside

Installed my Perrin light weight pulley this week and noticed something. The actual crank bolt looks like it's wobbling. I made damn sure everything went in straight, bolt went in straight no problems. But when it spins it's scaring me a little. There's no wobble at all in the pulley itself, just the bolt. Could it be that the bolt is just dirty/discoloured and I'm losing my mind. Or should I just play it safe and order a new one and drop it in? No issues so far and the car runs fine. But I get ultra worried about minute things like this. XD

Oh I've has this problem the first time. the pully isn't sitting flushed or not tightly screw in or it could maybe be the belts are out of place but not likely.
check them again. when screwing it back in pull hand brake all the way up and put into first gear or reverse.
hope this helps!!

Real strange. Pulley sits flush, belt I triple checked and is %100 on. Bolt went in no problem, no force and its torqued to spec. No wobble in the pulley either. Honestly I may order up a new bolt regardless and just re-install it. But super strange.

I thought mines was flush the first time too but tighten using a pully I borrow from my mechanic. than it was truly tight. because that bolt will move the whole belt. unless you use a pully.
