Best way to pick up water lines for turbocharger

So I'm replacing my Precision 4854 (oil cooled only) with a Garrett GTX2867r. The Garrett will need a filter and restrictor in the oil feed line, but also I will need to add water lines to the mix.

Where is the best spot to pickup the water feed and return on this car? Seems you can get feed from a plugged hole in the engine, and buy an oem subaru part for the return (from forester xt). Is this the best bet, or should I pick it up at the throttle body?

Thoughts??

You can look at the fullblown install guide and tap into the lines on the throttle body.

I wasn't able to find the fullblown manual but it seems jdl and avo use the tb lines and leave the tb unhooked. Not sure I'd want to remove that functionality living in a cold climate.

Am I right in thinking I could buy the forester xt pipe in the link above, and basically use the two connections (block and return added to the new fxt pipe) as feed/return? Leaving my tb as is?

It'll be ok, the turbo will be more than happy to introduce extra heat into your intake.
