15mm 5x100 to 5x114.3 Conversion Spacer Question
so i'm about to receive some wheels in 5x114.3 bolt pattern (i am not looking to switch wheels). The problem is, our cars (FRS) comes with a 5x100 bolt pattern. I was thinking about running a 15mm 5x100 to 5x114.3 conversion spacer, but I am unsure if i will need to shave down my stock studs. I know that volk te37's come with holes in the back of the wheel to accomodate studs, but I am still unsure. Anyone run any TE37's here using a 15mm spacer? Not sure project kic's 11mm spacer will be enough, so im doing 15mm just in case. I wont go any higher, nor am I looking to replace my stock studs.
If I do happen to have to cut my stock studs to use the adapters, will i still be able to take out the adapters and remount my oem wheels (5x100) if winter comes?
Also, while I'm here, anyone have any suggestions for locking lug nuts I should or can use with project kic's 15mm 5x100 to 5x114.3 conversion spacer?
