Mouse Nest hole air filter- Need to Clean intake manifold?

Hi I recently bought a garaged S2k with 17k miles. After driving home, I immediately did an oil change and then found this mouse nest in the air filter as well as a few small cuts in the air filter! I looked on the inside of the air filter and luckily it was clean and didn't see any mouse nest fibers sucked inside caught around the internal metal cage so i am hoping nothing signicant got sucked into the intake manifold or engine...

The car had a Honda dealer service check at 16k miles (assuming air filter was checked at that time) and then the car was parked mostly off and on for over a year until I bought it with 17k miles, and then drove it 300 miles home after buying it (now at 17.3k miles).. So at most it was driven for around 1000 miles like this and at the least 300 miles...

What do you think? Do you think there could be significant debree inside intake manifold from these small open cuts ? I was considering taking apart the intake manifold and looking it over just to check...? Picture to follow shortly .

(I also have an FRS. I would post this in s2k forum but just created a new account there and cannot post yet)

Photo 2- note these are the only cuts in the air filter as the rest of the filter was ok. (I did order a new filter though and will not drive it until I install a new filter).

Totaled.

You're probably alright I'd there wasn't a HOLE I doubt you'll find anything in the manifold. Probably too late now anyways since you drove it. I would replace the filter and move on
