Unfortunatly no
if you write back your stock rom held in oft to unmarry oft you will write over your new rom, hence you will just be re reading your old rom. To do it you would need someone with a tactrix cable to reflash your new stock rom after you wrote it with oft. if you lived near me i would sort it for you.
Its rearly not a huge deal as the oft tunes are based on the latest compatable rom for your car not necessaraly your original rom calid.
The other alternative would be flash it back with oft , unmarry, then take car to another dealer get the update flashed then re marry oft to updated calid
see the Tactrix link below for rom calid info and all the newer stock roms are attached to the post if you ever need one of them

rearly old oft it was 2 , newer ones its 5, but if you hit the limit just contact the oft guys with your oft serial number and they will reset the count for you.
