True dual exhuast
I tried searching but nothing came up. Has anybody ever looked into this? I feel like it would be pretty interesting. Taking some welding classes right now, may look into it myself lol

Why stop at two? why not make it a true quad?, one for each cylinder. You are going to have a hard time making a over pipe and have lots of clearance issues. And then finding the right shaped(oval? half circle?) piping to make it happen. And then it is going to be heavy. Don't waste your time. |

if you have the time and material to do it, definitely do it if you want to. though, you will most likely run into problems since the stock overpipe is already so tight I doubt you will be able to run another pipe through the same spot. I don't even think there is room on the driver side either unless you go under the subframe.
but then think to yourself if it's worth it in the end lol |
1) if there are two pipes, individual diameter of each should be lesser, hence ease routing of two?
2) imho it's not THAT hard, after all, Ace header's overpipe somewhat already does that 3) i'd still drop that idea due weight dual pipe design will bring, and extra costs (especially due one-off custom work and due need to design all the exhaust till end of car this way) / complexity. Or do that only with direct side exhausts, where issues of weight and need to make rest of exhaust dual too would be lesser. |

So, as a DIY project this would be pretty cool IMO. Functionally probably not as good, but i would love to see the end result!

BTW, imho much easier to route two pipes where overpipe portion is if pipes are not round there, for example D shaped, no?
