CEL P2109 P2119
 

I was trying to start my car and I realized that I had two CEL codes. Used an OBDII and found out I had these two codes. P2109 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Minimum Stop Performance and P2119 - Throttle Actuator Control Throttle Body Range/Performance. Anybody have any idea whats wrong and how I can go about fixing it? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: this issue that I am specifically facing may be related to a crash.

You might try taking off the negative battery terminal for a minute ... then re-clamp it.

That will reset the ECU and maybe the codes won't come back.

Maybe it tossed the codes because of the cold ...... it just sneezed.

It may be possible that I got those codes due to having a piece of plastic lodged in the throttle body. I linked the other thread in the edit just in case any one else (including you) may/would like to reference themselves or learn more there. Thanks humfrz
