MAF sensor o-ring size

Does anybody know the size of the MAF sensor's o-ring? I can't seem to find it and none of the ones at Autozone seem to fit. Would really hate to buy a new MAF sensor for a rubber seal if I can avoid it, its like $230.

Hoping to pick one up at Home Depot, Lowe's, or someplace similar.

Sorry for my lack of understanding, what does the H stand for?

Having a hard time finding this, there are quite a few 22x2.5 on Amazon.

Just tried some 75A Viton o-rings and they are significantly stiffer than OEM, so much so that I can tell the engine is stumbling when slowing down in neutral gear, suggesting that the MAF is leaking.

@CSG Mike any suggestion for shore rating? Internet says 70Ais most common but not sure what the OE is.

I would make sure that o-ring stays in place while pushing the MAF sensor. MAF sensor should sit flush. Sometimes the o-ring does not stay in its groove while pushing the MAF sensor in place. You can also rub a dab of grease just to wet the o-ring for sealing it air-tight.

Did you use an oiled air filter?
