Every small displacement four cylinder engine I ever have had does this. It is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

Point of clarification.

OP, that TSB is a fix for the idle dip when the AC is OFF. Yours is doing it with the AC ON.

If your car does the idle thing with the AC OFF, you may wish to look into that TSB.
