Lowering springs and wheels

Ok so want to put 17-9 on front and 17-10 on back and lower it with lowering springs giving it an inch drop. Question it will wheels fit, and will I need to get camber arms etc to fix camber or will it be fine as is after wheel alignment? Haven't played with suspension or anything before. Thanks

why do you want 10 wide in the back?

I know that 17x9 +38 will fit just fine lowered with a camber bolt up front.

or if you want to run 17x9 +42 with like a 3-5mm spacer would be fine too. But I do not know what would be good for a 10 wide.

Does anyone make a wheel in a 17x10?

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 04:57 PM

I just like the fat wheels behind. Yeap enkei rpf1 17x10 +18

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 04:59 PM

What about 17x8.5 +30 at front and 17x9.5 +18 at back? Need camber adjustment?

17x9.5 +18 would probably poke out. Try running a 17x9.5 +38

I think tires that wide are such a waste of $$$ but its yours so do what you will haha

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 05:10 PM

Ok just found a place with deal on 17x8.5+30 and 17x9.5+18 as a package. If I get the rear guards rolled would that sort poke or do I have to see if I can convince them to give me 9.5+ 38?

MisterSheep 11-04-2015 05:14 PM

Any possible chance I can confince you to go squared?

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 05:16 PM

Squared as in same all round?

MisterSheep 11-04-2015 05:18 PM

Yes. I know a 9.5 +38 fits all around.

Tcoat 11-04-2015 05:21 PM

Thanks for link. And help

Best I can find around me is 17x9+22 or +45. Or the 9.5+18. As the 9.5+38 don't come in the black. And I'm not keen on spending more to get them powder coated after buying them new

the +45 would fit with a slight spacer.. probably 5mm-10mm.

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 06:18 PM

Hmm was keen on the 9.5 but might go the 9. Cheers for help mate

9.5 with a +38 offset fits.

Carnewbee 11-04-2015 06:23 PM

I can only find 17x9.5 +18 offset. Can't find any local +38 offset
