FBM 604Hp 472Tq -- Stock Motor Stage 2 Turbo Kit

We have been testing new products that will soon be released. Our shop's FRS had been down for a couple months due to product development.. until yesterday :)

Our car currently is still on the stock motor and will stay that way until something fails.

Below is a list of new products that we were testing.

- FBM BRZ/FRS Stage 2 Turbo kit (This kit maintains 80% of the parts from our premium kit,and can be converted from any of our stage 1's)

The changes from a stage 1 to a stage 2 are listed below..

* FBM 750hp intercooler
* GTX3582
* FBM 1150cc Injectors

Price / Availability TBA

- FBM 1150cc Injectors

- FBM Dual Fuel Pump Surge Tank (prevents fuel slosh/starvation and supports 800+hp)

- FBM Catchcan

- Clutchmasters Twin Disc (FBM Spec)

holy shit.

Kochinopride 03-10-2013 02:12 PM

Very nice! Looks like it's the season for Stage IIs!

mact 03-10-2013 02:13 PM

Wow. That is all.

kidgogeta 03-10-2013 02:13 PM

mother of god

This is just pure madness. You all are insane! haha. I can't wait to purchase my stage 1 kit and be at 350whp on E85, can't even begin to imagine 600whp+ and 472lb/tq!!!

2forme 03-10-2013 02:18 PM

e85 or 93?

evo4g63 03-10-2013 02:19 PM

Wow, very impressive

airtonics 03-10-2013 02:20 PM

I'm curious to see how long that lasts, or even how long 350+400whp lasts on the stock block.

Do you have a copy of the graph with HP/Torque scale matched? The current version makes the torque curve look odd.

FullBlown 03-10-2013 02:20 PM

This was done on E85

Fixed, 179 dyno pulls and quite a few street runs.

Lets see some fly by's and in-car street videos.

FullBlown 03-10-2013 02:31 PM

There's snow on the ground still. We got some decent tires and other goodies on the way ;)

Thanks!

Are you guys allowing it to reach full boost right away or are you ramping it up with an electronic boost controller to avoid too much torque down low? I know a few Evo guys using that trick to avoid destroying a stock block with high HP levels.

LeeMaster 03-10-2013 02:34 PM

Just pure awesomeness, I planned on being N/A but this setup is really tempting me. You guys should host a free one pull joyride to all local brz/frs owners. :D

Opposed 03-10-2013 02:34 PM

hahahahahahahahahahahahaha...thats all I can seem to do right now...

FullBlown 03-10-2013 02:38 PM

There is a MBC on the car still, we will get around to using the ecutek boost control very soon. The priority list for this car is growing faster then we can knock them off.

Captain Insano 03-10-2013 02:39 PM

Wow, that is pretty awesome on the stock block. These engines I guess are turning out to be pretty damn stout so far. Same goes for transmissions (I assume this is still stock trans too - please verify?).

tech4pdx 03-10-2013 02:43 PM

HOLY MOTHERF@$!*R

Let's see how long that valvetrain lasts.

Btw.. forgot to mention that this advertisement for your shop will generate revenue, but you probably already knew that. (:

Silverdub 03-10-2013 02:49 PM

Jesus! Who tunes this?

All tuning is done in-house

stilletto 03-10-2013 03:04 PM

In for videos of the car blowing up! Haha!
Actually, just give us some driving videos!

JoeBoxer 03-10-2013 03:04 PM

Hopefully you got some new rear axles from the Driveshaft Shop on the way.

dabocx 03-10-2013 03:05 PM

I cannot fathom how this car has gone through this much and still be on the stock block.

We got a little more then that ;)

Unleashed 03-10-2013 03:09 PM

Carbon-fiber driveshaft maybe?

Two letter, LJ

FullBlown 03-10-2013 03:11 PM

Nothing is being overlooked on this car. We will have more info on coming parts as soon as we are done testing.

Thanks, 23psi

Sargy 03-10-2013 03:29 PM

Lol, Brady could use this.

F1point4 03-10-2013 03:29 PM

Most Impressive.

I'm hopeful the powertrain/drivetrain can withstand the significant amount of power. If your car can then I'm ecstatic I have nothing to worry about on the Vortech

Thanks, did you see my question on the transmission? Is it running stock MT or something else during the dyno runs?

Sorry, I missed that. Yes completely stock trans

Captain Insano 03-10-2013 03:37 PM

OK, thought it sounded that way since it hadn't been mentioned, but just wanted verification as that is even more amazing. Stock block. Stock trans. Seriously crazy.

Thank you for the information sir!

Indokid 03-10-2013 03:44 PM

Run a 1/4 mile and set a new record already !!

604 hp @ 23psi

mind=blown I guess that's what 12.5 comp does for you.

Do you have the boost graph? I'm curious to see how fast it spools up.

FullBlown 03-10-2013 04:01 PM

I'll post one up tommorow. Peak boost was around 5200

wootwoot 03-10-2013 04:05 PM

can this thing spin doughnuts?
