NORCAL ACTIVITY/MEETS data base
 

So it seems that us Norcal folks really love meeting up and chatting/going to drives/doing other stuff that sometimes it gets hard to keep track of all of them. I've noticed that we are a spontaneous group and meets tend to come from suggestions buried in other threads, resulting to folks going "how did I not hear about this?" or "Which meet is happening tonight?".

This is my attempt of trying to organize all the meets under one thread. @driftartist kinda came up with this idea a while back and I liked it so much I decided to revive it.

Rules:

1. Missing your fellow club members or just simply bored? Start a new thread with the activity, date & time and proposed meeting place as the title (for example: "karting 1/11 @ gokart racer" or "mini meet 2/16 8pm Milipitas Starbucks")
2. Post a link of the event thread to this thread with a short summary of the details.
3. This thread will be purely for reference only. Please keep all chats/questions/discussions about the event to their respective event thread.

@BlaineWasHere @86_ZN6 I'm not sure how, but maybe suggest to mods to get this stickied?

BTW, there's an autocross event tomorrow near Monterey, CA. I've been to this one time before, and had lots of fun. Should be more fun now with stickier tiers :)

another DRIVE outing for this Saturday has sprouted from the DRIVE thread, we will tackle Redwood Rd/Pinehurst Rd in the morning. Meet at 7:30AM, we will roll out at 8AM.

Our next DRIVE is Mt. Hamilton this weekend.

Meet at the Starbucks at Capitol Square Mall just past the Chevron station, at 7AM.
Its off the McKee Rd exit on 680.

From there we will head to Hwy 130 to Mt. Hamilton and stop at the observatory. Then we'll continue down the other side to the Junction and onwards to Mines/Livermore. Then we'll see what people want to do or split our separate ways.
