It happened. Someone ran into my car in a parking lot and drove away with out leaving a note. Just my luck :( Update: at the body shop someone let the air out of one of my tires sigh

Someone did the same thing to me halloween my damage isnt anywhere close but I was in my car and got his license plate number lucky for me.

Fuck! That isn't exactly a minor sratch

Can't believe it, you even have a huge (painted) median on that side.. Hope you somehow find that asshat who did that.

See if the store has a camera pointed towards the parking lot.

Make sure you do a police report. Sometimes your insurance company will take that into consideration. Its not your fault and shouldn't be charged as so.

This worked for my brother: Check local body shops for any cars with your paint on them, and or similar damage

Damn man that's awful, very sorry that happened to you. I'm really starting to think this car is cursed. Never in my life have I seen a new car have so many issues. Mine is in the shop for being keyed, best of luck finding the coward that did that to you.

I hid my car during Halloween even though its orange and black. Last year, some asshole broke our car window for no reason...

I filed a police report and there is no cameras in any of the lots at my campus. The front of the car slid almost 2 feet

Just installed mine yesterday. This would have been a big help in catching who did this.

This car must really be cursed... Btw, GO RETRIEVERS... Went to UMBC for a little bit before I went to nursing school.

My wife always complains, but this is exactly why I always try to find a space with a cubr on at least one side, and always try to be close to that side. Only gives 1 asshole the opportunity to do this and gives them plenty of room on their side.

ID be soo freakin pissed off dude im soo sorry that happened. deff ask the store manager to see if they have a video of the outside lots. if they do catch that dirt back and sue his POS ass. people are really fucked up and cant even accept taht if they cant afford something doesnt mean you need to destroy someone else's

Unbelievable that they just drove off. I make a point of parking on the end, at the far end of the parking lot and/or next to nice cars, but lots of people on here say they do all that and they still get parking lot damage :thumbdown:

These cars are just magnets for these types of things it seems... Hope it all gets fixed. Some guy backed into me at the grocery store a couple weeks ago. The door had to be replaced :mad0260:

edit: I had a dream that I caught someone intentionally door-dinging my car once... In my dream I somehow forced them to stay there, and handed them a battery operated angle grinder. I laughed while they cut the door off their own car for dinging mine. I used to park my Toyota Tacoma in front of the Ford plant in Avon lake.. the number of "accidental bumps" I got was preposterous. Worse than parking in front of a frat house.

This car needs more cameras than Dale Jr's NASCAR car at Talladega

Some girl hit the side of my car and drove off too, but the damage wasn't nearly as bad as what happened to your car. Fortunately for me, I was parked in front of a camera in my school's lot and we caught the girl, her response was "I didn't know I hit his car!". Hope you can get your car patched up soon and I really hope karma bites the a-hole who hit your car. People have no respect for the property of others, really pathetic.
