I just got mine last week and I am quite pleased with it so far. While it isn't adding a bunch of it, the power feels much smoother and the benefits of it at clear in the amount of torque(butt dyno, but it makes me feel better) I feel above 4k up to red line.

What was your car before the BRZ? A friend went from an SRT8 Jeep to the 2016wrx with and is having to relearn his driving and to not be afraid to bring it above 5k rpms.

I sell cars at a Lexus dealership so I am used to driving different cars everyday. My DD is a 2015 Gs350 F-Sport, The car I traded for the BRZ was an 06' 350z. I did have the BRZ a week before I tuned it so I would know what the stock drive was like.

After a week of having my OFT with UEL headers I can honestly say...meh. There is a difference but I don't find it to be anything substantial. I would have rather saved some more and wait to get FI. Going to try and get it dynoed next weekend to see what I am actually putting down to the wheels. Maybe I am just numb to so little hp gain coming from a turbo car.

Try e85. Really, if you're not noticing 30hp,you're dead.

This exactly. I went from a Mazdaspeed 3 to the FRS and was anticipating a nice torque increase with the UEL and OFT. After putting on all the bolt ons the difference is there but not as significant as I thought it would be vs stock. Still nice but no one should be expecting a crazy power boost with these NA bolt ons.

Exactly. Most modern cars are already pretty well developed and tuned from the factory, they spend millions on R&D per engine.

That's why it's not like the old Fox-body Mustangs where you could intake/exhaust/throttle body and add 30% more HP if not more.

I'm stock (MXP catback which doesn't do anything) expcet an OFT + E85, I do still occasionally run 91, and it's still a noticeable difference over the stock tune, not huge.

I'd suggest going after weight savings as well then. It's super easy and not too expensive to drop 100+ pounds out of this car.

Do I need anything extra to run E85 or is it as easy as flashing a tune? Also do I have to Flash it back to 93 oct if I want to use it or can I use both fuels with the E85 tune?

Nope run down the 93 octane as low as you can. Fill up with e85 and flash to e85 tune. You can't run both at the same time without a flex fuel kit which is not compatible with the OFT.

Just drive easy for the first few miles after tuning to e85.

So If I ever do want to go back to 93 I have to reflash correct?

The large NA difference comes from a header + high flow drop in filter + overpipe + e85 and then tweaking the OFT stg 2 tune to your car. I have done this and although still making slight adjustments to the tune, I am getting 207WHP and 168 peak torque... so far. Quite noticeable compared to stock. Like others have said, stg 1 and basically stock will help the torque dip and not a whole lot more bang.

correct, same process... run it low and fill with 93 then re-flash.

I'm not dissapointed...my frs launches like a rocket ship now with the stage 1 tune! :burnrubber:
