Here is the video with the whine on my car, seems to be clutch related.
Goes away after it warms up, but comes back when clutch is pressed. https://youtu.be/UDxwhMKsYsE |

Please don't put a screwdriver against your head or ear-- a mechanic's stethoscope is only $5 and amplifies the sound so you can hear it better.
http://www.harborfreight.com/catalog...?q=stethoscope Using one will likely tell you what is making the noise because you can put it in different areas to see where it is coming from. |

I dont feel any rumble or see any unusual performance issues with the mechanics of it. Everything is in order, clutch grabs fine as well. I am going to take it to the dealer to get their diagnosis. Ill keep you updated. |
sound similar to what you are experiencing in yours?

Throw out bearing?

So I got my car back, they weren't able to replicate the noise (of course). However, they did take a look at the video and thought the same things i thought... throw out bearing. So it could be that its wearing out and causing that annoying whine. I told them to leave it as is and not take it apart. Not worth the 800 in labor... ill do it myself |
