I second this. Went to Akii Tire this past weekend after hearing good reviews. Jon did a great job mounting my tires - he is super careful to ensure no damage happens to the outer lip. I liked the fact he's by appointment too, and he's really flexible with times.

they always seem intimidating though because there are always six digit supercars and I show up in my little Subaru xD


Plus they seem to get first dibs on a lot of backordered stuff (Hankook RS3, RE71r, etc)

Thanks for the input everyone, I ended up going with Simply Tire due to cost and location. Allen has been really helpful so far, Ill go in for the install tomorrow and respond back with any positives or negatives of the experience.

Just a follow up after install. Nothing but good things to say about SimplyTire. They had the tires in stock while a lot of other place were sold out. They were excellent people to deal with, they took an appointment for me after work. In an out within 45 min, plus about $40 cheaper than the next lowest shop.
