Got it. Forwarded it to my programming team. Hope to have a resolution by tomorrow :)

I have exactly the same error... 0x63

This only happens on one of my laptops, other computers seem to work.
On another laptop however, when I go to upload it has the error:

"DEV121.DLL error"
"1"
"CTRL1"
"Checksum error"

I even tried applying Windows 8 patch, didn't work.

The only problem is, I can't connect to my Tablet.

I keep running into "Error 0x63 while communicating with the device" every time I click on "Download Data" or "Upload Data"

After looking through your log file, this is what happened:

1) You read the ECU successfully and the OFT generated OTS maps for you.
2) You wrote the Stage 1 A01G OTS map to your ECU.
3) You connected OFT to OF Manager and overwrote the modfile database file. While it was uploading, you clicked on the download section at the same time causing a communication stoppage between between the software and the OFT which generated corrupt files that are now stored in the OFT.

Which unfortunately means that your OFT needs to be replaced :( In the next user software release, we will make other sections un-clickable while an upload is in progress. You should have already received an email by Robert@vishnu. If not, shoot him an email tomorrow and we can arrange the next step. Sorry for the inconvenience.

shiv

Hmm. I had something similar happen to me. My problem seems to have been related to a bad install of a required Microsoft bit of software. My tablet was bricked as well. I reinstalled Win 7 and just the OFT manager. I made sure C++ installed correctly and was able to get access to the tablet to erase and start over.
