Dude, just open the door and jump on the door sill repeatedly. ;)

Actually, strut clearance could change with tire deformation under cornering with compression, no?

Bias ply tires will, but not radials. These tires especially not as they actually have steel inserts in the sidewalls.

Those wheels are awesome and perfect size. I might have to reconsider these.

Help me RaceComp Engineering!

So torn between these and the OZ Ultraleggeras in 17x8 - these are 2 pounds lighter but almost 600$ more for the set. More pictures are needed. :w00t:

Fitment looks excellent man! Coils will make it look amazing. Great job!!

I am really liking these wheels. If only I could do hubcentric rings and center caps at the same time.

Aaaaaand.... needs more low.

Looks great. It's a bit hard to tell...do the fronts poke a little? The +42 looks pretty perfect on the 8" wheel.

Ok for a wheel newb can you explain the need for hub centric rings...and can you not use both rings and center caps?

The fronts don't poke, the fender overhangs the tire by a very small amount.

Hubcentric rings fit between the wheel and a raised lip around the center of the hub. Using a hubcentric wheel or rings directs forces acting on the wheel to be transferred directly to the hub rather than the lugs. It a stronger way to mount the wheel than just the lugs.

As for using rings and caps together, normally you can. But from what I understand, these particular wheels are milled in such a way that it is one or the other, but not both.

They also carry the AL-type allow racing nuts too(each nut weighs the same as a AA battery)
