I did not personally replace them. The dealership did that for me. Unsure if OEM or not. There is 57k on the car right now. I don’t have a code reader so I’ll borrow one from someone and let you know. I believe it gave 2 or 3 codes

Did you bring it to the dealership for the CEL, they diagnosed it and replaced the 02 sensor? Or you just brought it there and told them to replace it?

They did diagnose it and they ordered the part and replaced it, twice!

Sounds like you're out of the 3/36 warranty. Do you have an extended warranty? What have you paid for so far? They are obligated to either refund the diagnosis fee if there was one or figure it out. It is possible they had defective 02 sensor brand new in box. I've had that happen quite a few times. Its difficult to say what the cause is if I don't have the other CEL if any. They need to check how many milliseconds the injectors are firing at. Sounds like the 02 sensor are fouling out. Also what was the 02 sensor code for (performance or circuit)?
