I have several times and they always say its a loose gas cap, thay code only came up twice tho

Idk, but it shouldnt do that and a cam shaft CEL sounds bad. I wouldnt risk it personally. Unless you knkw the gas cap really was loose lol

The dealership made a case with scion hq and everything, they flew their master tech out to look at the car, they told me it was a loose gas cap at least thats what the master tech and service manager said to me at least
