I haven't had to replace them. And I'm pretty sure I've been using them the longest. Though I was having some quirks yesterday regarding charge so it may be an issue with them. I'll keep you posted.

Most likely the motor isn't bad. If it was bad I doubt it would sound the way it did. The voltage item sticks out to me because a battery pack that's bad would result in a charge above 29.
