The rears are on base/factory drop which is -1.2 inches (afaik). And I dropped the front a little bit, I'd say fronts are about ~1.4 inches.

I would say anything in the green (factory specs) is fine. If you do any spirited driving then maybe try -2 in the front and -1-1.5 in the rear.

When I said it is "faster than many" I was referring to the bulk of the vehicles on the road that are merely appliances. There are probably thousands of cars on a highway at any given time...
