- A motorcycle accident and fuel spill shut down all northbound lanes of the Southwest Freeway at Kirby this morning. The accident happened around 3am and involved at least three vehicles. Details surrounding the incident are unclear, but we're told there was some fuel that spilled onto the roadway.
