Hey,
Yeah I used Greddy's Flange. I went through Evasive, and this is the only one they carry. So I do believe this is the one I used:
GReddy Blow-off Flange Kit (Aluminum) - Type R, RZ, RS, S
Should still fit. All their BOV should be the same fitment with FV.
