For sure I'll cover the extra charges, I can pay for the shift knob first by PAYPAL and after you have sent it by USPS, I'll repay for the shipping cost afterwards. From your post its 65$ includinging shipping cost in the US so what do you say if i send you 50$ first and then the shipping cost after we know how much it is?
