Qty. 2 - H11 Harness Conversion Pigtails (plug and play, no splicing required)
Qty. 2 - Foglights 84501AJ00A (brand new and never installed but without original packaging)
Sylvania 9006 SU SilverStar Ultra Halogen Headlight Bulb (Low Beam), (Pack of 2), 4100k white bulbs to match the HID headlights

This is a great upgrade to get rid of the cheap yellow foglights that don't match the HID headlights.

I can't say for sure, I don't know anything about the FR-S.
I would comb through the thread I provided to see if it has been done.
