looks like I've found the right forums, does anybody have some stock or even aftermarket struts front and rear that they can take some measurements of the overall length width and the top 3 bolt mount size. Thanks

In for measurements!
Completely irrelevant, but the bolt center diameter of a 1st gen RAV4 upper strut mount is 140 mm. Camry and Solaras from early 2000's used 115 mm. Porsche lower strut mounts used 58 and 63 mm bolt center distance, with 18 and 20 mm flange thickness.

![]() So... AST has taken these measurements, but chose not to share them with us. Boooo~! Let's help them out. Feel free to double-check my numbers, since it's just using a ruler. 14.2mm bolt hole diameter (given). ~63mm bolt spacing (missing number on the bottom) ~25mm flange width (missing number on the right-center) ~60mm from shock centerline to lower mounts (missing number on the top left) ~405mm from top hatmount to lower bolt height (the "build in length") ~189mm for spring length (missing number on top right).

Got some time with the calipers and a printout.
Distance between strut bolts is 60.454 mm --> 2.4" Thickness of lower flange is 25.4 mm --> 1" Distance from strut center to lower bolt is 60.732 mm --> 2.4" Length from lower bolt to upper mount top is 392 mm --> 15.4" Upper thread is a M12x1.25-25, with 5 mm of thread relief Diameter of damper rod is 22 mm Diameter of spring perch is 60 mm Distance from lower bolt to sway bar mount is 115 mm --> 4.5" Distance from strut center to sway bar mount is 50 mm --> 1.97" Diameter of sway bar mount is 10.2 mm --> 0.4"

Additionally HERE they suggest that KW units run a 22mm OD rod at the spherical bearing, a 15mm seat for the camber plate, and M14x1.5 thread for the strut to hat mount. Doesn't really help me, just wanted to add it to this thread.
